Remember those moments when you thought you were not going to make it? You surrendered and proclaimed that you had reached the pinnacle of your life. You prematurely decided to settle. Now look at where you are!
There's nothing more motivating and empowering than reflecting on what you've already accomplished. In the day-to-day hustle, we can easily lose sight of our victories. It's time for a reminder. :-)
This week, we're going to "make an already-done list."
Write "I have already..." as the heading on a piece of paper (or three) and then list your accomplishments--big and small.
As motivational writer and coach, David Joseph Schwartz, states: “The person determined to achieve maximum success learns the principle that progress is made one step at a time...Every big accomplishment is a series of little accomplishments.”
