Looking Out A Window...

What is it about looking out a window that just takes your mind away? If there’s also beautiful scenery to go with that view, you could get lost for a while.  

I’m now witnessing a grove of trees bowing and waving  adorned with gold, orange, red, green and yellow. Leaves of the same color are tumbling over each other across the dark green of the lawn. A quick check of my Weather Channel app lets me know that the wind speed is 30mph. It’s a picture only God could create, framed by a crystal clear glass bay window.

As I’m released from the trance induced by the sway of the weeping willow, I notice other colors splashed against the canvas of the gray and dreary clouds—the red…the white…and the blue.  And I smile with a grateful heart.
