All Aboard to Isabella Station!

There's truly no place like home! Home is with family and lifelong friends. Home is where people greet you with a how you doing and address you as baby, honey, or sweetheart. Fortunately (sometimes unfortunately for my waistline), home is where you can get some good eatin!!
Welcome to my hometown of Sylvester, GA!

The home of Peter Pan Peanut Butter and, my most recent discovery, Isabella Station! They describe themselves simply as an American and Seafood Restaurant on Facebook.  After a dining there with one of my best friends, I'll say it's an American and Seafood Restaurant wrapped in character and dipped in Southern hospitality serving up some scrumptious dishes!

Our server Chelsea was a pure delight being patient with us as we explored the menu and also snapping some pics for us. Thanks Chelsea!

Then, I met the man behind the restaurant, born and raised in Sylvester as well, Shane Brooks--chef and owner. His journey has taken him many places to hone his culinary skills and you can definitely taste the influence in his restaurant's fabulous dishes!

You can enjoy daily specials like 14 oz ribeyes, lamb chops, catfish, cobia, pasta alfredo, Slytown BBQ sliders, and if you're reading this on June 9th, they have Chicken Fajitas tonight!

So what did we have? Well let me show you:

I don't remember the official name of this dessert but it's chimichanga awesomeness dusted with cinnamon served with ice cream.

If you're ever in the Southwest Georgia area, All Aboard to Isabella Station! They even have live music some nights! Oh and if you live in Sylvester and haven't been there, well bless your heart and get on down there soon!!

To Shane and his staff, thanks for the warm welcome and fun evening!
