Who is Santa Claus?

Who is Santa Claus Blog post by Trinka Polite FitnessIs this a question you ponder as you look down at your "bowl full of jelly?"  😃 Wow the holidays have wreaked havoc on my diet! Turkey, ham, beef roast, chicken, cake--I indulged in it all over the last week. 🍴 But guess what? It was delicious!! Yummy! Love southern home cooking! 💖 And if I continue to eat like I did last week, maybe I could put on the Santa suit. Not going to happen!

Now, here we are with December knocking on our door. We have 24 days before Christmas.  Another glorious spread of delicious food is fast approaching. What to do? What to do?

I say let's do a challenge! Commit to a focus on our fitness for 21 days in December! This means we will confirm our fitness plan by Dec 2nd allowing us to complete it by Dec 23rd and maybe not feel as guilty during the next round of holiday gatherings.
