Expiration Date

People say 40 is a significant turning point in life.  It may be but I had several "significant turning points" BEFORE I turned 40. How about you?

However, if you want a "marker" to evaluate and take stock, forty is good. I guess.  I've been anticipating this day since my 39th birthday. Forty years is a lot of life. What have I accomplished? What have I tolerated? What do I still want and need to do? What do I need to do differently? Well, I've answered the previous questions (and a few others).

And now I'll be fervently moving forward...unapologetically! Certain behaviors, distracting activities, "dead" connections, etc--all expired yesterday! It's a new day!

What are your thoughts on the big 4-0 and how did you celebrate turning 40? By the way, whatcha think of the new blog design?
